cubby ai is a general AI agent. It proposes decisions and produces drafts, plans, and code. It does not execute irreversible actions without a human ack. The service is provided as described in your order form.

Do not use cubby ai to harm people, evade safety regulations, or violate applicable law. Standard prohibitions on reverse engineering and abusive load apply.

Proposals, drafts, and code are recommendations, not commands. You are responsible for the decisions you act on. We log every input and every output so you can audit; we do not warrant that every output is correct.

Either party can terminate per the order form. On termination we stop processing your prompts within 24 hours and delete tenant data within 30 days unless retention is contractually extended.
