Every capability returns the same shape — next decision, then evidence, then the rejected alternatives. No black boxes.
01 · Research
Give cubby ai the claims you are weighing. It returns a ranked list by evidence strength and, for each rank, the single source that decided it. No bibliographies, no twelve-tab summaries. Citations are inspectable on every claim.
02 · Plan
Hand cubby ai the unsorted list of things to do. It returns them sorted by cost-of-delay, descending, with the items cheap to defer marked. Cost is shown bare, not bucketed into high / medium / low.
03 · Write
Decision memos in one page. The next move at the top. Evidence in the middle. Rejected alternatives at the bottom, each with the reason it lost. Same shape every time, by design.
04 · Code
Compact scripts that do one job. Watch a feed, hit an API, transform a file. The threshold or knob you will want to tune is named explicitly, not buried inside a config object.
