About cubby ai

We built cubby ai as a general agent, not an ops dashboard. It researches, drafts, plans, and writes code. Whatever the decision needs, that is what it does. We are an ops team by background, and the thing we kept hitting in our prior lives was the same: too many tabs open, too few decisions actually taken. So cubby ai is built backward from the decision, not forward from the data.

We measure ourselves in time-to-action, not features shipped. The metric is minutes between the question being asked and the answer being usable. Every interaction returns the same shape: the next decision first, then the evidence behind it, then the alternatives we rejected and the reason each one lost. In that order. Always.
