The prompts you send and the artifacts cubby ai returns. Account data for the humans who log in: name, work email, role. Product telemetry: which decisions were acted on, which were discarded.

Your prompts and artifacts are used to answer you. We do not train shared models on your data. Account data is used for auth and contact. Telemetry is used to debug and prioritize.

We do not sell data. We share with sub-processors strictly required to run the service: cloud hosting, error tracking, transactional email. The current list is published on request.

Export, correct, or delete your data on request. On the on-prem tier we never hold a copy. On cubby ai-managed tiers we delete within 30 days of contract end.
